Running pace & interval tools
Turn your own paces and distances into a race split plan, run/walk finish estimate or track-repeat schedule. Use miles or kilometers, then copy, print or download the plan.
Race split calculator
Work from a finish target or moving pace. Set a stop allowance and two-half pacing strategy; see moving and budgeted elapsed clocks side by side.
Run/walk finish-time calculator
Calculate a run-first interval plan that ends at the actual finish. See running time, walking time and the final partial cycle.
Track interval & split calculator
Convert pace into repeat times, lap checkpoints and a session schedule. Add recovery between repetitions without adding a rest after the last one.
Choose the calculation for your task
A road-race split table follows a continuous distance. A run/walk estimate alternates timed segments, so its last partial cycle matters. A track-repeat schedule resets the work clock for each repetition and adds recovery only between them.
These tools calculate the consequences of inputs you choose. They do not predict fitness, recommend a training pace, or account for hills, weather, fatigue, GPS drift or course congestion. A mile is exactly 1,609.344 meters; four 400-meter laps are 1,600 meters.
