Hearts scorekeeper
Track four-player Hearts from captured hearts and the spade queen. Apply moon shots, correct earlier hands and keep a saved score sheet with CSV and backup exports.
About the game and this companion
Hearts is an individual trick-taking game where lower penalties are better. This companion records completed deals; you play with your own cards.
How scoring works
Each captured heart adds 1 and the spade queen adds 13. Enter all 13 captured hearts and one queen holder. A moon shot either gives 26 to each opponent or subtracts 26 from the shooter under the named table variant. At the agreed threshold, the lowest cumulative score wins.
Worked example
Captures of 2, 5, 6 and 0 hearts, with the queen held by player 2, score 2, 18, 6 and 0. A moon by player 1 under the default rule scores 0, 26, 26 and 26.
Scope and limits
Four-player classic Hearts only. The subtract-moon option is a declared variant. No jack-of-diamonds, exact-100 reset or trick-legality checks. Tied lowest final totals remain tied.
Names and saved hands stay in this browser’s storage on this device. Storage can be cleared or unavailable; download a JSON backup to keep a portable record. Import only a backup from this same tool. Unsaved hand edits disable exports until you save or cancel. No account or remote table is required.
Rule reference: Bicycle Hearts rules.
