Sushi Go score calculator
Score original Sushi Go rounds for 2–5 players, including sets, wasabi and tied maki ranks. Calculate final pudding awards separately with the two-player exception.
About the game and this companion
Original Sushi Go! is a three-round drafting game. Score each food collection after a round; keep puddings for their separate game-end award.
How scoring works
Tempura pairs and sashimi triples score complete sets. Dumplings increase to a 15-point cap; nigiri on wasabi scores triple. Maki leaders share 6, runners-up share 3, but tied first cancels second; discard fractional remainders. At game end, puddings award +6 to most and −6 to fewest, split toward zero; no two-player loss.
Worked example
Maki icon totals 5, 3, 3 and 2 award 6, 1, 1 and 0. Final puddings 4, 3, 0 and 0 award 6, 0, −3 and −3. Equal pudding counts give everyone zero.
Scope and limits
Original Sushi Go!, not Party. Enter all cards in the current round, counting paired wasabi as a separate card; enter all three rounds’ puddings only in dessert mode. Draft order and wasabi timing are your responsibility. We require at least one maki icon to receive a maki award; this declares the zero-icon edge rule omitted by the referenced booklet.
Inputs are calculated in this tab and are not saved by this tool. Editing inputs clears the previous result and disables exports until you calculate again. No account or remote table is required.
